CHECK-IN/CHECK/OUT
		What is the deposit / garantee? The deposit has to be left in cash , € 150,00, at the arrival, as the garantee of the equipement of the apartment rented. The cost of possible damages will be deducted from the deposit.
		Why the deposit has to be payed in cash? The deposit has to be payed in cash because it will be given back at the end of the stay, after having checked the apartment.
		Is it possible to do the early check-in? The check-in time in the summer (June, July, August, September) is from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm. We advise not to arrive before the check-in time, seen that the cleanings of the apartments will not end before 4.00 pm. In case clients will arrive early, they can wait near the pools or at our sunset bar, where the is also a toilette-changingroom. During the winter (from January to March) the check-in time is from 3.30 pm untill 6.00 pm.
		It is possible to do the late check-in? If clients arrive after the check-in time, they have to advise the Reception of the delay. They will receive all the information to obtain the key of the apartment rented and how to reach it.
		It is possible the early check-out? The check-out time is on saturday morning from 8.00 am to 10.00 am. If clients want to leave the evening before or in the morning before 8.00 am, clients have to came in the Main office and inform us. Seen that is not possible to check the apartment at the same moment clients leave, the deposit will be refunded, but we ask a copy of the credit card as garantee. Clients must leave the apartment before 8.00 am the day after. Futher information will be given at the Reception. The apartment must be left before 8.00 of the day after.
		Where is possible to do the check-in and check-out for Giada Country House? The check-in and the check out for Giada Country House is at Villa Giada Holiday Clubm (Str. Colla, 123 - 18100 Imperia). Here clients will receive the key of the apartment and a little map to reach it.
WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST?
		Where are the beaches? Our beach, GIADA BEACH, is about 10 km from Giada Country House is located in an area called Prino. The beach is sandy and has a private part with sunbeds and sunumbrellas and a free part with essential services. At Giada Beach you can also find a playground for children, beach volleyball court and a restaurant bar, which allows you to enjoy sandwiches, drinks, appetizers, but also more substantial dishes. It 's the point of departure and arrival of the Villa Giada shuttle. Other beaches worth mentioning are the Spiaggia d'oro in the Marina and Galeazza, which is located in Oneglia. However, it is worth visiting the various villages on the coast in the province, all with private and free beaches.
		Where is it possible to do some shopping? The best places are Alassio (1 h far by car), Sanremo (50 m far by car), Montecarlo (1 h far by car) and the 2 nearest Outlet, Serravalle, near Alessandria (2 h far by car), and Mondovicino, near Mondovì (1h30 m far by car).
		Where are typical restaurants? It's possible to find some typical restaurant in the inland, where there are also taverns and eating houses. You can ask further info in the reception of Villa Giada.
		Where are the most beautiful places for the children? Villa Giada suggests to visit with your children: Espace Marineland, an aquarium in Antibes, France, Genoa and its aquarium, the biggest one in Europe, the Toirano caves, near Savona, and the beautiful villages in the inland, as Valloria, Bussana vecchia, Triora and Dolceacqua.
		Where is possible to buy oil and wine? It is possible to buy some olive oil in the Museum Carli, which also offers a big range of produts made with olive oil, as bathsoap, soap, cream and other food products. If you want to buy some wine, we suggest to visit the firmas Lupi and Amaccia, where you can also have a taste-excursion on request.
		Are there some markets in the area? In the summer time there are lot of markets, even near Imperia: MONDAY: Imperia Porto Maurizio, San Bartolomeo al Mare, Arma di Taggia, Vallecrosia. TUESDAY: Diano Marina, Sanremo, San Lorenzo al Mare. WEDNESDAY: Imperia Oneglia, Ospedaletti. THURSDAY: Imperia Porto Maurizio, Cervo, Bordighera. FRIDAY: Ventimiglia, San Lorenzo al Mare. SATURDAY: Imperia Oneglia, Sanremo.
		Where are the most important places for children? 		Where is the nearest Supermarket? The nearest supermarket is the Superstore Conad, about 700 meters far from Villa Giada. The time table is from Monday to Saturday 8.30 am - 8.00 pm, sunday morning from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm. It is possible to buy some fresh bread every morning. Alternatively, you can use the grocery store in Dolcedo, where you can find basic necessities.
		Where are the most important shops? The most important shops are in the city center, at Porto Maurizio in Via Cascione and at Oneglia in Via Bonfante, near Dante's square. They are open Monday in the afternoon from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm, from Tuesday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm and in the afternoon from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm. Closed on Sunday and on Moday morning.
		Where is the nearest pharmacy? The nearest pharmacy is in Dolcedo, near the central square.
		Where is possible to find stamps and postcards? It's possible to buy postcards and stamps in the post office or in every tobacconist's. It is possible to send it from the Reception of Villa Giada.
		Where is possible to find a GPL station? The nearest GPL station is in Via Nazionale, about 30 minutes from Giada Country House, on the road to Turin. You have to reach Piazza Dante in Oneglia and than follow the indications to Turin. About 10 Km from Piazza Dante you'll find the GPL station.
		What is the equipement in every apartment? Each apartment has a bathroom with shower and hair dryer, a kitchen- living room fully furnished (dishes, pans, cutlery, glasses ...), fridge but not freezer and a cooker with 4 burners. There is no oven. In the rooms there are pillows and blankets, but no bedlinen and towels (although you can rent them on arrival at a cost of € 20.00 per person per week). It 'also this TV (SAT TV with multilingual channels), a kitchen table with chairs, a sofa bed and sometime a harchair bed. The balcony or the garden of each apartment is furnished with a iron table and iron chairs and a sunumbrella.
		Which services offers the Giada Country House Restaurant? The ground floor of Giada Coutry House is dedicated to a charming restaurant located into an old mill of 1600. The restaurant offers dinner menu "àla carte".
		Where can I park the car? Giada Country House: you can leave your car in the square opposite the church, about 20 meters From the apartments.
		If I have an emergency during the night, what should I do? There is a phone service that works 24h, 7days. You can call the number + 39 0183 75 77 88 in english and italian. Our staff can happen in 30 min.
		When and how is possible to make the payment? Normally the balance must be made at the arrival, at the same time of the check-in. We accept bancomat and credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD). For payments in cash, as result of the Decree n. 201 "Urgent regulations for the development, equity", the maximum amount is € 1000. We kindly ask to our guests to take care of this.
		May I bring my pet with me? Generally the animals are not allowed in our resort. In high season our structures are attended by children and the animals are not accepted. In low season we can welcome small size pets with their vaccination paper in order. The animal can't stay in the commune areas of the resort and particulary it can't came in the restaurant and in the pools zone. We ask an extra payment for the final cleaning of euro 30,00.
		What happens if I have already paid the advance but I must cancel the reservation? As definitive confirmation we ask an advance. In case you've already sent the advance, but you have to cancel the reservation, don't worry: you can use it within an year for another reservation (subject to availability and confirmation from the staff).

		How is possible to reach Giada Watermill? Adress: Via Littardi n.8 e n.10 - 18020 Dolcedo GPS Coordinations: 43.907037N - 7.951908E BY CAR: Highway A10 exit "Imperia Ovest"; after having passed the tollgate, turn on the right (direction Piani/Docedo) and follow tghe street untill Dolcedo for 4,5 km; as you see the second road sign "Dolcedo", go straight on untill the little square with shops; then follow the street on the right untill the pharmacy. On the left of the pharmacy ther is a telephone box and a street with cobblestones; Giada Watermill is 20 metres far from the beginning of this street, Via Littardi nn. 8 and 10. SUGGESTIONS FOR MY HEALTH?
		How can I defense myself from the ultraviolet rays? During the summertime the sun is very hot and a long exposition may cause heavy skin dameges. We soggest, moreover for those who have a clear skin and for the firts days, to use specific sun cream and to avoid an exposure in the hottest hours of the day (from 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm).
		How to defense from mosquitoes and ants? Seen that Giada Country House is in the countryside, sometime is possible to find some mosquitoes or ants. It's enough a normal spray against mosquitoes or ants to solve the problem. If you need more protection, even during the night, we suggest to buy a normal insect repellent, to apply directly on the skin.
		Where is the first aid? If clients need the first aid, the can go directly to the hospital, located in Via Sant'agata, 57, 18100 Imperia, about 30 minutes far from Giada Country. For emergency call the number 118 and advise the reception of Villa Giada.
		Where is possible to find a doctor or a pediatrician? If clients need a doctor or a pediatrician, they have to come to the reception of Villa Giada, where will receive a number of a doctor or a pediatrician.
HOW TO USE THE RESORTS SERVICE?
		How is it possible to use the swimming pool? The swimming pool is open from the 15th of March untill the 31st of Oktober from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (except maintenance). The use of the bathing cup in not required. We advise not to plung or disturb the other clients. We suggest to check the regulations at the arrival.
		Is it possible the use of the BBQ area? In our resort there is a free BBQ area.
		If I stay at at Giada Country House, may I use the Villa Giada service? Of course, you have to inform the reception and than you can use the pools, the minigolf, the tennis courte, the shuttle bus service to/from the beach, the restaurant and our entertaiment service too; moreover, you can join our evening party and Baby dance.
		Is it possible to rent bikes? In Villa Giada we offers the possibility to rent bikes for adults and children. You have to reserve one day before in the Villa Giada reception, where you will receive all the equipement (maps, helmet, inner tube).
		Is there in the resort a wi-fi connection? In Giada Country House there's no Internet Service. If clients need the Wifi connection, Villa Giada is completely covered by our wi-fi service. If you don't have your own laptop, in the reception there is a computer only for the clients.
		Is there a laundry service in Giada Country House? At Giada Country House there is no laundry service. At Villa Giada, on reservation, laundry operates from Monday to Friday (no dry clean only). Up to 5 kg.
